Tumblr (3.0; @ajoergensen)http://t.nowhere.dk/<p>I&#8217;ve been using the new feedly Android app for a day and I&#8217;m not a fan.</p> <p>First of all, the new design just wastes precious screen real estate:</p> <p><img src="http://media.tumblr.com/tumblr_ma8ttkrBtV1qbz1pk.png"/> </p> <p>this is the same problem as with the desktop edition, but at least there I have plenty of space.</p> <p>Secondly, the new app introduced this full-screen view which means when I swipe to the next screen I&#8217;ve only scanned one article, not four (which slows down my way of reading news):</p> <p><img src="http://media.tumblr.com/tumblr_ma8tzyrlia1qbz1pk.png"/></p> <p>I really hope this is just the feedly team throwing ideas at us (it still says beta after all) since I would hate to have to go through finding a new reader.</p> <p>Edit: Found one more thing, which is gone in this version: There does not seem to be a &#8220;Reformat&#8221; option in the context menu.
